The Drilling Expert series air compressors are new products designed by Atlas Copco based on actual customer needs, featuring excellent performance, reliability, durability and low overall cost. Atlas Copco's original Drilling Expert system can intelligently control the pressure and flow of the compressor. Its dynamic gas volume adjustment function can increase 10% of additional gas volume and increase the footage speed by 30%. The air intake valve controlled by the stepper motor is sensitive and effectively reduces the air intake resistance, which can reduce fuel consumption by 15%. The adjustable minimum pressure valve of the Drilling Expert system can adjust the pressure arbitrarily within 15-35bar, expanding the scope of application. Based on the above characteristics, the Drilling Expert system can increase the customer's return on investment by 10%. In addition, the Drilling Expert system uses all-electric signal control to say goodbye to gas circuit adjustment, which completely solves the problem of equipment freezing at low temperatures.
